Don’t panic, and don’t give up on video if it’s more your style than traditional blogging. Maybe this doesn’t represent how your audience responds. Do take a moment to be smart about your next video.
Get to the point, early. Or be very entertaining, early. And make the description and title of the video clear to strangers.
It could be a lot of the 10-20 second abandonment are for people who wanted X and the video served up Y or Z.
